It is fair to say that many members who have chosen to leave a review after using Priceline on TopCashback have not been pleased with their experience, stating their transaction did not track, tracked at zero or was not paid out. However, there are some positive comments, including “all good and reached payable quickly”. Another member states that although it was a bit slow coming through, they received their cashback in the end.

	Delist Priceline One year and three weeks brings Topcashback into disrepute. Delist Priceline, if we have to wait this long.

	Tracks as pending for ever As others have explained- it tracks fine , but stays at pending not confirmed for a long long time . I need to make another hotel booking , checked the status of my last booking via Priceline - off to Expedia I go !

	The worst company to exist in the travel industry! AvOID! Not only do they not pay cash back! They cancel bookings without warning & then do not give the money back using the no cancellation policy even though they cancelled! I have proof they cancelled with the hotel & then refused to pay the money! ?1600 they kept!

	Avoid Didn't track. Similar experience to others The hotel I stayed at was horrendous and when I complained to Priceline they did nothing. No responses to my emails. You can't even leave a review for hotels on there. The AI Penny help is useless as you just go in circles.

	Avoid! Cashback with Priceline seems to track without issue but they consistently don't pay out, cashback will sit at pending or confirmed indefinitely.

	Still waiting for cashback to be paid Booked and paid for hotel through priceline 24 September 2024. Still waiting for cashback to be paid. Looking at the other reviews I agree that Topcashback should remove priceline from their listings as it's certainly not one I would of used if it wasn't listed on here.

	Use a different site (not Priceline) Just like all the other reviews - doesn't Track and doesn't pay out (even if you try raising it as query). Surprised Topcashback still have them on here.

	Still "pending" 18 months after travel Cashback is still shown as pending and hasn't paid out 18 months later.

	It’s a scam. 5 star service!!! I’ve been waiting for my cashback for over a year and a half. It’s still pending for no reason, nothing can do on customer side.

	Still waiting after a year It's been a year since I booked a hotel stay via Priceline and still no cashback paid. Top cashback have had to chase on my behalf and still nothing. Do not use this retailer!
