It is fair to say that many members who have chosen to leave a review after using Priceline on TopCashback have not been pleased with their experience, stating their transaction did not track, tracked at zero or was not paid out. However, there are some positive comments, including “all good and reached payable quickly”. Another member states that although it was a bit slow coming through, they received their cashback in the end.

	Booked accomodation in March 2016 for 2 stays in June last year. Tracked at £0 so I raised a claim. Was told the claim was on hold until 90 days after checkout date. Claims were forwarded to Priceline in Sept 2016. 2 nudges and a further 8 months the claims are still showing as waiting for merchant. Not optimistic that anything will ever be paid.

	Still waiting after a year It's been a year since I booked a hotel stay via Priceline and still no cashback paid. Top cashback have had to chase on my behalf and still nothing. Do not use this retailer!

	Still waiting 4+ years later!!! Read the reviews, even the 5* ones (huh?) - they don't pay out! Cashback tracks as zero and despite TCB's efforts is never resolved. Appears they book with their 'sister' companies and use different references which they claim can't be traced. Unless their prices are significantly cheaper don't use Priceline, go with an alternative that does pay out.

	Poor cashback, they refuse to pay, say they can't find the transaction, stating they need an order number that was never given, only a confirmation number was given. Unable to contact them, they gave a US tel number.

	With Priceline, to submit a claim the 11 digit trip number is required so this may be what you need to be able to get this resubmitted. TopCashback

	Three separate bookings made, different dates, all tracked as £0. Lodged claims. Waited months for response. Their response was simply "non-commissionable". I won't use them again.

	DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT. I bought to hotel stays with them, and they tracked, but showed as £0.00 and i assumed it would change after i had visited the hotels. But no, and now after 100 days I cannot put in a claim. This is not acceptable...please don't be deceived. Go elsewhere! You have been warned!

	Perfectly valid hotel stay completed using Priceline. In spite of providing all possible number (order, itinerary, transaction, whatever), they chose to decline the claim.

	Do NOT book through this Merchant as they are untrustworthy and track cashback at Zero and refuse to pay out. They also add on VAT on top of their published price which increases the cost substantially, making their prices no more favourable than booking with other Merchants or even booking directly with the Hotel. I am surprised that Top Cashback continues to do business with them given all their recent negative reviews. I am very disappointed.

	Said I didn't go through their affiliate network, so didn't get cash back claimed when I know I did click through them and completed my booking.
