I signed up for PlusNet Broadband through Topcashback for a cashback deal of £110 mid June. My service transferred to Plusnet on 15th July 2017. I received notofication that my cashback was declined with no explanation given. I contacted PlusNet and they informed me that the code applied to my signup was 1718fibre80122 which was not a cashback code! Now clearly as I did not apply any codes I have no idea where this came from. i have raised cashback claim through Topcashback who advise it could take 2 - 4 months to resolve and that they submite their claims in batches to the merchants. No infor on how often these batches are submitted or indeed when mine might be which was raised as a cashback claim five days ago. I am far from impressed with this debacle and I would advise anyone to think very carefully before signing up for an offer for PlusNet especially through Topcashback. I hold little faith that my claim will be resolved yet I have done nothing wrong. I would like to point out that I have used Quidco regularly without issue and I regret not having signed up through them as you can at least get live chat with Quidco rather than waiting for a ticket based system to be answered. All in all I am very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Just to add- all 6 reviews in the last 2 days say their legitimate cash back was rejected for no reason. Clearly a scam here on Plusnet's part. I'd avoid like the plague and go somewhere where you will actually get your cashback.

Don't bother with them. Went through the process properly and my cashback was declined for no reason whatsoever. Will lodge a missing cashback claim but I don't hold out much hope.

Did everything correctly and had to fight for months for cash back, along with awful broadband speeds. Wouldn't use them again and will be leaving once outside contract.
