A few hiccups with the cashback being declined at first but contacted Plusnet and TCB Twitter support and the cashback was reinstated and paid correctly.

The payment came through after it was declined and I had to raise a ticket. This process was quick and I soon got it paid. As for Plusnet I am very happy with the service.

I was quoted £95 cashback when I signed up, then it tracked at less than £20.00 and then was declined altogether. I raised a claim and eventually was paid the full £95.

Cashback did not auto track to my account. Claim to cutomer care and all sorted. Cashback then became payable quickly. Plusnet all good so far for broadband.

I signed up with Plusnet in July which tracked fine, but like many others in August my cashback was declined. I lodged a claim and a few days later the £75 was then confirmed. I won't hold my breath until it's payable but at least it has been resolved for the moment.

Another person fooled by the reviews being ordered by stars, not date. Plusnet, you need to drop the "Proud" from your logo, so it just reads "We'll do you".

For those who have joined Plusnet in the July period it has been noted that there was an issue with the referral system meaning ALL cashback claims regardless of referral site were declined. I encountered the same issue but got the £110 cashback paid to me by cheque. If the cashback didn't track contact the staff through the Plusnet Community forums and they'll address the issue and get the Cashback claim resubmitted for payment at the beginning of the following month.
