Great value products, however I had to open an enquiry as my order didn't track. Service was slow and inefficient, as they only use e-mail communication. Delivery took longer than expected, as two days after my order had been confirmed via e-mail they requested further identification before dispatching the goods. This is also the second occasion I have used this company and found the wrong products in the correctly labled boxes. It took over a week for them to acknowledge they had supplied the wrong legs to my bath.

Transaction did not track initially, but after a month it appeared under "confirmed". I had initiated a missing commission claim in the interim period, but it looks like the transaction eventually tracked independently of the claim process, and I closed the claim.

Cashback not yet acknowledged from 3 weeks ago. plumbworld say they don't pay out the cashback and that it all comes from topcashback, who seem to imply its the retailer that coughs up.
