	Cashback tracked at £0 Same as everyone else. Transaction tracked, but came back with cashback of £0.00. Seems that they have an issue with working with cashback in reality.

	Declined my cashback for no good reason Standard, tracked, online purchase for several hundred pounds. Cashback was declined for no good reason. Might as well have bough the same item from Amazon as it was only the cashback that made it cheaper from this retailer......

	8 month wait and still pending Per TCB the estimated wait based on the average claim is 8wks. I'm 8mths in and it is yet to progress beyond pending. I'm not holding out much hope based on recent reviews.

	New Customer, declined for no reason £522 spend, declined for no reason. As others have said too; they don't pay out. Despite ordering as a new customer with no promotion, no vouchers on a pc with cookies enabled. Timewasters.

	New Customer, £512 spend, declined for no reason I can agree with everyone else, they plainly just don't pay out. I spent over £512 ( no promotion, no vouchers on a pc with a tested browser), the price was competitive but not the best (amazon was £50 cheaper), their staff knowledgeable. So I'll probably still do business with them again, but won't be expecting any discounts or cashback so any cheaper competition will win as I can't be a loyal customer to them.

	Unimpressed I like Plumbworld's products but I made a valid transaction and they declined to pay the cashback, so not impressed with that.

	I agree they should be banned from Topcashback Second Time they Decline Cashback on a Valid Claim - In my opinion a very dishonest company.

	Should be banned! Cashback declined for no apparent reason. Valid purchase so absolutely no reason for it. Hate it when companies do this as it makes a mockery out of TCB and everything it represents. Wish TCB could police the whole system a lot better to make it fairer for everyone. Will look at the other plumbing compaines in the future. Shame on you Plumbworld.
