	Was left waiting at the airport for the vehicle to be collected, for 15 mins despite calling as advised. Return trip again had to wait for 30mins for vehicle to be returned. It took nearly 10 mins for the phone to be answered for us to advise them that we were back in UK. The whole purpose of using the service was to ensure quick and prompt changeover from car to airport and back, as we were travelling with young children and did not want to use the park and ride services. Cash back also refused, as discount code was used, but no mention of this at the time when booked.

	Tracks and goes to confirmed superfast ( 3 hours), and no problems with any part of the service ...have used many times and had 0 problems with the cashback...only charge 89 p for using amex as well.. Holiday autos are similar price but a lot lower cashback..

	This Merchant does not allow you to claim both cashback and discount and does actually state this. Got great cashback on two vehicles booked and the service was excellent .There are thousands of customer reviews on each of the car parks they offer which helps you select the right one

	Good product and was overall the cheapest. As with many similar sites Park and Go are a broker so don't actually own any carparks themselves, which means the overall product that you get will depend on who the actual provider is. Like everyone else, I used a discount code and this was used as an excuse not to get cashback, they didn't even tell me until 18 months later. Don't use if you soley want the cashback.

	I used a discount code so was not entitled to cashback. This was not advertised as being the case when purchased so think that is a bit of a con to get you to buy! Parking convenient frequent running coaches, comfortable no problem there. When we collected car it was filthy with dust and dirt honestly we had to clean the windscreens before we could drive away. Very disappointing as the car had only been cleaned 3 days before.

	I would recommend park and go as i a great way to travel and when you come back you car is there waiting for you it saves on taxi fares

	As others have said you can either use a discount code OR try to get cashback but not both. I used a discount code when I booked parking for two cars last July but have only just been told that there will be no cashback due to using the code. Other than that the service we received was smooth and trouble free and the cheapest even without cashback.

	Another example of a company offering cash back but when it comes to paying it declines the claim because park and stay is not eligible for discount. Would never us them again.

	Two claims declined over a year after they were submitted. One as discount code was used (although this wasn't mentioned anywhere before booking) and a 2nd which they claim was duplicate booking (how I have no idea). Cheap car parking but no cashback!

	They do not pay cashback if parking includes hotel stay. This is not mentioned anywhere and has taken nearly 6 months to get an answer on missing cashback.

	Dreadful. Not only have they declined my cashback, (almost six months later), but when returning from our holidays, everyone pushed and shoved to get a seat in the van. We waited patiently and as all the seats were taken, my wife and I (both retired) were 'invited' to sit on the floor, amongst the suitcases, in the back of the van. No seatbelts, with suitcases falling in on us. Humiliating and undignified. We were treated like cattle. What a way to end a lovely holiday. Be warned.

	Almost a year on and I, like other TC members, are still yet to receive my cashback. Very disappointing; please don't rely on Park and Go to give out cashback

	Really terrible cashback experience with this merchant - did not track so had to submit a missing cashback claim and then they refused to pay up for no good reason. Topcashback were really helpful and compensated me as best they could but Park and Go were really poor, would not bother with them again.

	The proof-of-the-pudding is yet to come - booking airport parking really easy and very good value, but we haven't gone on our hols yet so can't comment on customer service fully.

	Made 3 bookings late last night and all 3 tracked this morning. Hope the parking service lives up to the ease of booking. NOTE you can only have EITHER cashback OR a discount code and NOT both - it's in the Terms & Conditions that you are supposed to read before confirming the booking.
