Highly misleading - Two rates, one reduced rate specifically for use with a voucher code (in my case supplied direct from Park & Go) but won't pay up because code not authorised on TCB site.
Poor merchant and shocking service from TCB,

Park & Go is definitely a merchant to avoid. Made a purchase with a voucher using the specific Park & Go link for 'Online Purchase - With a voucher code' and they turned down my claim because I used a voucher! I have requested Topcashback remove this particular link but they have ignored my request.

Very disappointed in this merchant. I had e-mail confirmation of my order Top CB have the record on their system that was the time of the order yet still they are allowed to deny my claim. Why can I not present this evidence to them? Instead they insist they can't find it (what a surprise after 2 years!) and that is the end of it. Rubbish merchant

While Park & Go offered the best % cashback for the parking i wanted, it didn't intially track so i left it until after using the parking then made a claim. TCB got the cashback listed within 24h. I think i will go with another retailer next time for whom cashback does always track.

I have used Park & Go several times due to the excellent cashback offered, however, the last 3 occasions the transactions failed to track and after manual claims the merchant stated sale was credited to another site, so won't be using Park & Go again!!!

Every time I use Park & Go, the cash back gets rejected. This is the only company I get a problem with on Topcashback. Do not use if you want cash back to be paid.

Having read the recent bad reviews, I was a bit dubious about this one, but mine has tracked immediately and the price was the cheapest for what I wanted.. will see if it pays out but I am confident as it tracked almost immediately..if it does not payout, I will feed this back

I have used Park and Go several times over the last few years and 40% of the time my booking has not been sent to the Airport Car Park and then have spend a further 20 minutes justify the validity of my booking to the Car Park guys. Very poor and not seamless.

Used this company for the first time for Meet & Greet at Luton Airport in May. Worked out cheaper than parking at the airport so good prices and they met us to collect and deliver the car right on time, even at 1.00 in the morning. Will definately use them again if their prices stay competitive. Cash back tracked but full amount not paid - will forgive as service was great and price was low.

If you want cashback for your purchase then look elsewhere. This is now the 2nd time of declined cashback from this merchant, said I'd gone thru another affiliate. Utter lies,I only found Park & Go thru this site.

The actual parking is great and good value for money, however I didn't get the correct cash back as advertised..... It was advertised as 13% cash back and there was a 10% discount code too (on the cah back site). I only actually got 3% cash back. I have just had a reply to my claim saying i will not get any more cash back because I used a discount code. I see they have now changed the site to show different cash back amounts depending on if you use a code....hopefully this will stop anyone else being misled.

Misleading cashback amount when using voucher. The voucher states 10% off. The cashback states 13% off. However, if you use the voucher, then you are only eligible for 3% cashback. This should be made more clear, as there are other retailers offering 18% cashback on the same product through TCB.

Declined my cashback amount, claiming it had been paid to a third party! This is a absolute lie, I found this Park & Go through TCB. Dissapointing. There are more and more of these non-paying suppliers appearing on TCB.

After chasing the cashback I received an odd message saying P&G wouldn't progress with claim due to some sort of third-party involvement and there was nothing TCB could do, strange.
Plus I have to add that with P&G's '5* park and ride* my car was driven 32 miles during the time that it was parked, which I wasn't pleased with at all.
