Another one that presents you with appealing cashback and then find an excuse not track, hence not pay it. PLEASE DONT SHOP WITH THEM! With luck, we, consumers, will stop con merchants.

The have NEVER paid cashback!
I have made lots of orders with Parfumdreams, and had to wait months to hear back about cashback on each transaction. When they finally responded, they claimed that orders had been cancelled or returned, which was totally untrue. Not sure why they signed up to Topcasback if they had no intention of paying it!

Bulk Items!
So I didn't get cashback because I bought 6 things and seemingly that's "bulk". So they clearly prefer you to buy 6 times, 6 lots of packaging, 6 trips on a plane to the UK then 6 trips by van to my house.....fantastic for the environment! What a con of a company.

Don't bank on getting cashback from this company they are useless. Always says its untracked or you used a third party voucher...rubbish

Cashback never tracks
Another review because nothing has changed. Cashback either doesn't track and claims get declined, or when it does track, it also gets declined!
They always come back with excuses like "order returned" or "order number does not exist". Have placed 20+ orders and £0 cashback.
TCB can you please raise this with the retailer or stop partnering with them?!

32 claims for no cashback, same reason "declined" or "untraceable". Spent 1000's on this merchant......useless

They do not pay out any cashback
The excuse given was "the sale was Non-Commissionable".
Won't be using them again.
I wonder if they realise what bad impression this makes on loyal customers. Is it really worth their while to quibble over relatively small amount and alienate existing customers in the process?

They always say that the transaction could not be traced. If you are relying on this don't bother its very rare they pass it and pay out.

For a while they weren't tracking at all, now they are tracking but declining the transaction. I spend so much money with them and reported it to topcashback so many times but useless.
