Does not deliver to Northern Ireland :o(
Very disappointing that they do not deliver to Northern Ireland even though they use Royal Mail and NI is part of United Kingdom and many other sellers don't have any issue with delivering here..

Don't rely on Cashback
32 claims for no cashback, same reason "declined" or "untraceable". Spent 1000's on this merchant......useless

They do not pay out any cashback
The excuse given was "the sale was Non-Commissionable".
Won't be using them again.
I wonder if they realise what bad impression this makes on loyal customers. Is it really worth their while to quibble over relatively small amount and alienate existing customers in the process?

Awful!
For a while they weren't tracking at all, now they are tracking but declining the transaction. I spend so much money with them and reported it to topcashback so many times but useless.

Waste of time!!
Very poor service regarding cashback. Two months and still nothing. Claim submitted, nothing so far. Try fragrance direct. Proper parfum retailer. Always pays for me. Wouldn't bother with parfumdreams again

Cashback never tracks
Cashback literally never tracks and have placed numerous orders. The last few claims have all also been declined (claim it was returned, not true) with no option to appeal. Disappointing!

No cashback provided
If you are expecting any form of cashback, think again. Had to put in claim, was told returned or cancelled, which was simply untrue, unfortunately TCB just take their word for it as I was not asked to prove with evidence and parfums clearly couldnt back up their claim. If TCB want to hide behind the fact that parfums doesnt provide them anything, then TCB should stop tarnishing their rep by convincing people to shop through TCB with this company. Really poor form by TCB and company in question
