	Bought gifts on a couple of occasions and both times the purchases tracked quickly. Both paid out in a couple of months so am very happy. Love the website for beautiful and unique gifts!

	Purchased a bracelet through TCB. Then had to lodge a claim, 3 months later I am told cash back was not payable? Thanks TCB team for chasing this. Will try and find other merchants in future.

	Like the products and the merchant, but wouldn't bother trying to get cash back as my claim was denied for an obscure reason, despite having clicked through the link.

	Ordered Nov/Dec 2013. Tracked immediately but waited until Sep 2014 to receive the cashback. Disappointing.

	Lovely products, and whilst the two transactions have tracked - that was back in November 2013 and it is now well into September 2014 - with no pay out yet received. The estimated payment period was 11 weeks - so that has certainly been exceeded!

	purchased from them in January - still waiting over 6months later for payment. love the company but this is ridiculous either do cashback or don't - also it's almost impossible to work out which of the multiple items ordred that the pittance cashback amount is allocated to. needs improving NOTHS - 6 months for items purchased and paid for nearly 8months ago is appalling even insurance companies aren't that bad.

	Item was OK - a Xmas present purchased last November. However, it is now almost August the following year and I still haven't had my cash. Not good!

	I used Notonthehighstreet back in November and I am still waiting for the Cashback to be payable. The lead in of 8 weeks is a woeful underestimate. Terrible from an otherwise great company.

	Item purchased on 23/11/13, now at the end of March I'm still awaiting payment. I'm doubtful I will use their service again as I can usually find whatever is on offer on the website cheaper elsewhere, the "cashback" was used by me to bring the prices back in line with the other sites.

	NOTHS website is great but cashback can be determined based on only one part of the order or on one item when you have ordered multiples. Also very slow payment But... I think of the cashback as a bonus anyway so will continue to buy from NOTHS if they are selling what I need to buy. Overall could do much better on the cashback front but as a website it's one of my first stops when gift shopping.

	This is the first time that I have purchased anything from this retailer, and I do mirror the other posters comments in that I was only paid on the cheapest item. My total spend was over £30, the item which was tracked was £4, so I was paid .20p. I don't think that this is acceptable. Shouldn't the whole order be tracked and the customer be rewarded for the whole order?

	Have used this store before but not through TCB. My experience matches others. I ordered 2 items the same and only one was tracked so I have now submitted a claim for the missing amount. Not holding out much hope based on other peoples comments here.

	Notonthehighstreet only reported the value of the first item on my order and not the whole order. This meant that I didn't get the correct amount of cashback for my spend. Nearly eight months later, I am still awaiting their response to my missing cashback claim. Frustrating!

	The 'estimated payable' figure is 13 weeks. 6 months later I am still waiting to be paid. Dreadful.

	The website itself is fantastic and we use it frequently. However we ordered 3 of the same items in on transaction from one particular seller. Only received cashback for one of the items and not the total value (over £100). Claim submitted and subsequently refused. Very disappointed.

	I love notonthehighstreet.com, so discovering that I could get cashback was brilliant! The cashback was tracked within hours and confirmed within a few weeks. It has yet to pay out, but so far it's faster than most other merchants.

	Following on from my comment in Feb, I have finally received my cashback 4 months after its due date. Order very quickly received after order on 29/10/10. Cashback due 30/11/10, cashback received on 22/03/11.
