Notonthehighstreet only reported the value of the first item on my order and not the whole order. This meant that I didn't get the correct amount of cashback for my spend.
Nearly eight months later, I am still awaiting their response to my missing cashback claim.
Frustrating!

Following on from my comment in Feb, I have finally received my cashback 4 months after its due date.
Order very quickly received after order on 29/10/10. Cashback due 30/11/10, cashback received on 22/03/11.

Still waiting for a claim to be resolved from Septemer 2019. It was originally declined for no apparent reason before being added back into my account as pending after a claim was lodged. Still pending several months later. Really disappointed with this company as I would have expected better from them.

I have been wronged by this company ! They offer no proof of shipping the article. I’ve lost 30 sterling pounds because of them and I have no recourse : they don’t provide proof of shipping despite urge shipping costs. Very desappointed and upset. I ordered on the 6th of december to make sure the present arrived before Chrismas and now it is the 17th and they give me no proof of shipping and told me it should have arrived on the 12th. One expects from a serious company at the least a proof of shipping especially when they ask a lot of money for shipping
