Takes far too long to become payable, especially for such minor purchases, unlike big things such as insurance policies. Mine took nearly 14 weeks, almost a month longer than the average time stated, to come through.

Purchased a bracelet through TCB. Then had to lodge a claim, 3 months later I am told cash back was not payable?

I used Notonthehighstreet back in November and I am still waiting for the Cashback to be payable. The lead in of 8 weeks is a woeful underestimate. Terrible from an otherwise great company.
