Cashback was declined and no reason was given. It's bad enough that the cashback was only going to be given on the amount excluding VAT, they still declined the cashback on what was left. Couldn't even make the effort to give a reason why.

Ninja - Excellent
I have purchased Air fryers, Choppers, Hand mixers and accessories from NinJa. Very happy with the quality of all. The only negative is the price of the Airfyer's Crisping plate -I think that one plate for £19.99 is very expensive. My rating would have been 5 Star otherwise.
