	Avoid Despite following all instructions ninja declined as they couldn’t see the purchase was linked to TCB. Only purchased item because of the Black Friday offer they were clearly falsely advertising. TCB need to remove them as a retailer as every review seems to say the exact same thing. Would have bought a different item if Id have known the issues I’d have.

	Declined Literally evey transaction I've completed recently has been declined and now ninja and no valid reason? Black Friday purchase tracked and rhen declined they seem to be doing this alot .

	Have not paid cashback as advertised Received the response: We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf.

	Wouldn't honour cash back I cleared the cookies on my browser, navigated to and signed into TCB, and then clicked on Ninja's TCB link, and made my purchase. However, Ninja said they wouldn't pay the cash back because they claim that "[TCB] haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed," and "it is possible for other channels to be picked up between TopCashback directing you to the retailer's site and the sale being completed." I'm not sure what this means or why it means they won't honour the Cashback, but if retailers are going to advertise on TCB with Cashback to entice purchases, they need to honour the Cashback promised.

	Great experience Bought a new Ninja Airfryer direct from Ninja and paid out cashback really quickly. Not only did I get a great product at a great price I also got rewarded for my custom.

	fake cashback 3 transaction with ninja through tcb 2 decline ,start thinking maybe TCB decline and take money because if is small amount from different stores you have paid out but if is big amount you always have decline no reason ,done everything right . `you never know ,no one care ,Ninja or TCB please stop cheating on customers.

	Shouldn't be allowed on here The cashback is missold it seems, since nobody actually gets it. 2 transactions both declined now, usually love ninja as a company but this has coloured my opinion of them (along with constant emails if you visit their website)

	Stay Away Dont bother as Ninja are unlikely to pay out. Excuses such as cashback not tracked when it clearly does. Awful company, will simply reject your cashback claim.

	Declined cashback for no reason Despite complying with all terms and conditions my cashback was declined. Upon submitting a cashback claim Ninja maintained their stance without providing any details as to why. Dishonest, untrustworthy, and disappointing. Based on recent reviews, it appears I'm not the only one.

	Loyal customer but I’m still waiting for my payout I’m not impressed. I’ve bought loads of Ninja items but they seem to like to decline paying the cashback going by their reviews. I’m currently appealing mine with Topcashback so I will keep my fingers crossed they do pay out. We all need to name and shame bad payers.

	Declined for no reason: scam They are the only merchant who declined both my claims for no reason. It was quite big amount too, they just lure in customers with fake offers. I could give it zero if I could.
