	Ninja - Excellent I have purchased Air fryers, Choppers, Hand mixers and accessories from NinJa. Very happy with the quality of all. The only negative is the price of the Airfyer's Crisping plate -I think that one plate for £19.99 is very expensive. My rating would have been 5 Star otherwise.

	Cashback declined Cashback was declined and no reason was given. It's bad enough that the cashback was only going to be given on the amount excluding VAT, they still declined the cashback on what was left. Couldn't even make the effort to give a reason why.

	Cashback Declined Purchased an Air fryer, cash back was declined. Rare to happen with retailers on here, poor as no discount code was used. Purchase was tracked and later declined.

	Poor My purchase was advertised at a special rate but tracked at the basic rate. I raised a query on this which has not been dealt with. It isn't very impressive as the payout has come through at the basic rate.
