Cashback tracked but lower amount than advertised so had to submit a claim. Still waiting for it to become payable 6 months after purchase! Product great, but cashback experience very disappointing. Merchants with significant delays should be removed!

Items track really quickly and become confirmed after time but it takes forever for you to have your cashback become payable. I still have confirmed items from December which are still not payable despite there being confirmation that cashback has been received for purchases made in December.

Nike tried to cancel the cashback - over £10. Top Cashback have negotiated some of it back but not impressed - especially as they are currently being promoted as having a good cashback rate. Great product but not happy about the cashback element.
