Cash back did not track nor did bonus amount of £5, I raised missing cash back claims, claim rejected by nike who said last click was not from Topcashback despite clearing cookies and browsers history and clicking from the link. Took only one day to review from mail from topcashback saying it was submitted to nike for review. Seems a quick review!

Very bad experience, Nike gave only for 1 transaction while I made a lot and they made it to the cheapest one, complained no answer.

Terrible! Don't exchange items!! I placed an order with Nike and over a year later I still haven't received my cashback. One item was exchanged for a different size. (Meaning I still purchased the product at the same price), but Nike manipulated the data to say I returned the product and then ordered the exact same product on a new order. And of course the so called "new" order didn't qualify for cashback. What a sham. Would not recommend this retailer.

Extremely dissatisfied don't even bother. Have to give 1 star as not possible to give zero!! Not the first time Nike have declined a valid transaction which I can prove although that was not top cashback. An international company that offers good amounts of cashback then refuses to pay out. Totally unacceptable I will shop elsewhere

Not easy, infact i wasnt able to claim even when i offered the order number and the site was registered just before the time of my purchase. I wouldnt expect to receive this if going through the site.

I've used toipcashback for many hundreds of pounds, Nike did not track and the claim was unsuccessful. Acknowledged that I had clicked through from tcb but apparently couldn't confirm that was the last place I clicked through to Nike from. Very strange - avoid.
