SAME as other people BUT most annoying IS TCB DON'T tell it is declined Item tracked quickly but after 100 days then declined and therefore unable to raise a claim. Will think twice next time!

processed a purchase via TCB and guess what not tracked! no response! what an absolute shower!! cannot believe such a well known company could ignore a customer, no responses now for 6 months so now resorted to naming and shaming on the review section and hopefully this company will take a bit of notice but not holding my breath

This is the second year I have bought from Nike and the second year it has tracked at an incorrect amount. They have now confirmed the missing amount but not the original amount which was incorrect. Five months on and I still have nothing from them!!!

Cash back did not track, I raised missing cash back claim, claim rejected by nike who wouldn't even give a reason! I will never buy from nike ever again.

I purchased a few items for childres + a custom made bag. The cashback didn't track, I raised a claim and they came back with a cashback amount, which went back to zero after a while. I still don't know why as the explanation is so vague. Quite disappointing especially because I spent quote a lot in their store.
