Ordered a dress, WAYYY too small. I am a 6/8 with no hips and I could not get it over my bum. Ordered a 10, exact same problem could not get it on. One dress was sent to me with no tags. I returned both dresses a few days later only to be told that they would not refund me for the dress they sent with no tags, claiming had removed them myself. They also requested I sent them money via PayPal for them to post it back! I couldn’t even get the dress on never mind wear it somewhere!! Not being funny but if I was going to wear and then return it then why would I remove the internal label (I would leave it on) They are now ignoring all of my messages (sent 3 weeks ago almost) and no refund! I have had to open a case with PayPal as this is absolutely shocking! The dress is clearly unworn, it was supplied to no tags! I want my money back! Refund me and I will kindly remove my review - don’t and I’ll keep leaving bad reviews wherever I can!

This company has no customer service skills i ordered a dress it was poor material returned it the following day by special delivery have confirmation it was received i have not received a refund & all my emails have been ignored SO RUDE!! & UNPERFESSIONAL
