There was a slight hitch with the membership details and I had to contact the NT by telephone to sort things out. This was done very quickly and they confirmed I would still get the cashback. Money has now been paid to my account. Very pleased at the savings and we are really enjoying our membership.

I purchased 2 memberships, they tracked very quickly but cashback only confirmed on 1, I submitted a claim and it was resolved very quickly, both memberships have now got £20.00 cashback, so a very good deal.
Just to add the claim was over 50 days old but TCB can over-ride it. HTH

BEWARE: Thought offer was great, gave two separate gift memberships, 2 x £20 tracked within 24hrs, but after 2months, only one £20 was awarded. Very disappointed, as now too late to submit for missing cashback.
