Useless and a waste of time. Never used this outfit before, but c/b declined without a reason. How charming! I always clear cookies before clicking through. I will use P2Go or the delivery company's website directly in future and avoid myPD.

Never received cashback. Selected this merchant over competitors due to the cashback being offered. This transaction was in Feb 2012 and still no cashback. Avoid if only selecting this merchant because of cashback!

This company does State "New Customer Online Purchase" but I just wanted to say dont let this put you off using them more than once. Not all the cashback does make it over to payable but some does get through so if you are happy with the service and prices as I am then worth a shot at getting a few extra pennies too. I've had over £5 with them and will continue to use.

I have had 2 claims rejected saying I wasnt a new customer but returning. I have only used them twice but see others on here are saying they have received numerous cashbacks so pretty annoyed - might only be a small amount of money but with the cashback the price quoted made it good. service online was good to use but a bit deceitful to refuse the cashback and suggest others check they actually have had it before saying yay

avoid! booked and paid correctly, received an information ‘Your payment has been accepted but your booking is pending verification’. Someone rang me in the morning just to say everything’s fine and to say I should get an email from them which i never got. Gave him another email address, to try to send that email again. never received any of those. he meant to ring me in 10 mins to make sure I got emails, 5 days on and still waiting. My parcel meant to be collected on Monday, spent the whole day waiting but no one turned up. Found out on the website you can reschedule it for the next day, done it and the same again – no one turned up on Tuesday either. Getting in touch with anyone was impossible, there was no phone numbers, the chat they have on their website couldn’t be used as ‘there was no one available to chat’. Sent an offline msg, no answer. Had to try to chase the courier, but they didn’t want to help as I booked via mpd. Finally managed to sort it out with courier, won’t use mpd again And – just one more detail – my transaction didn’t track. rubbish
