Good parcel delivery service BUT CASHBACK WAS DECLINED WITH NO REASON! In future will give this shower a wide berth and use the various couriers directly.

Parcel delivered ok. No sign of getting any cashback, even though the transaction was tracked and I have spent the last 10 months sending nudges and being patient. Use somebody else if you can

Cash back tracked initially, then reverted to £0.00 after the 100 day limit TopCashBack imposes to lodge a claim. Useless, don't bother!

This is probably the worst online delivery service I have never used (and I've tried many different ones). Failed to collect the parcel twice!! First time they said it was "postcode error" which turned out to be "driver error" (??). The only means of contacting customer service is through "Online chat" where you have to wait up to 40 mins for anyone to speak to you even though they indicated there were only 3 people in the queue. It was 5.30 pm, and although the parcel could be collected up to 6 pm, their customer service "Live chat" closed at 5 pm so there's no way of finding out of the parcel will be collected. So the parcel was late, resulting in me having to refund the purchaser and potentially a negative review from the purchaser. WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!

Extremely unreliable. CityLink failed to pick up - twice! It seems if they can't be bothered to pick your parcel up, they just record that they 'attempted' a pick up anyway. Two times I had to organize a day off but they didn't turn up. Emailed customer support on Friday morning and I have no response even though it's Monday. They have an form on the website that allows you to rebook a failed pick up - this obviously means that it happens so often they decided to streamline the process! Avoid this service unless you don't mind when your parcel is picked up or delivered. Use a service that has a phone number you can call at least!

Appalling. The courier they booked damaged my parcel , and the claims process took more than six months to complete... Not because of the courier, but because they lost my claim TWICE and then took more than six weeks to send me a cheque once the claim had been settled. They don't respond to emails, even through their own customer service ticket system. Avoid.

I would not recommend this merchant. Don't rely on them if your parcel is urgent. Not only did I NOT receive any cashback from them, they DID NOT TURN UP on the day they were supposed to collect a parcel. I made a booking on a Friday for a collection the following Monday. I waited in all day. MyParcelDelivery don't provide telephone no's so you have to message via webchat or email. I called via webchat and nobody answered, so I left an email and nobody answered that either. Next day, still nobody answered, so I left another email asking if staff had darted off early or something (yeah, I know what happens in these places). Finally got an email 2 days later (on Wednesday) from somebody saying I'd get a refund (where's the apology?) - but wait, not an immediate refund for a cr*p service they failed to provide - I'd have to wait 10 working days!! The cheek of it. Then, to cap it all, some bloke calls me on Thursday about collecting the parcel. For the love of God - its already been taken to the post office, delivered and received by then!! Thanks MyParcelDelivery - for nothing. The moral of the story? Don't book on a Friday (your order will be forgotten about), or better still, don't book with them at all. BTW, I still haven't got my refund.

Not good at all. Tried to send two parcels through them. Neither collection turned up. When i could get in contact with them (the next day as they close early). I was asked for order number which i gave(i gave both), i was then told they could not look into it as they had accidentally deleted the 1st order. (In my opinion this likely means no collection was ever booked). And that i should order (and pay) again through the website. After half an hour of so with they customer service they finally agreed to refund me in 3-5 days time.

Cashback tracked quickly then was declined by the merchant, with the reason stated as "No commission due as this was a returning customer and commission only due on new customers". This was incorrect as I have never used this merchant before.

Although this tracked quickly I had a bad experience with the retailer. Although this may not have been their fault and down to the courier, as you can not contact MyParcelDelivery after 5 wasn't much use. I had a parcel that needed to be at its destination on a Friday or else it was useless. Used the site to book CityLink (not good I know!)at 7pm on the Weds for collection on the Thursday and next day delivery. Paid the money and guess what - CityLink did not turn up! Couldn't get a response from MPD until lunch time when they just said they had rescheduled collection but didn't know when the parcel would be delivered! Had explained it needed to be there that particular day which is what I paid extra for. Asked for a refund because their site of the contract was broken, drove the parcel up myself! Yet to see if the refund arrives. Won't use again myself, but appreciate the site may work well for others.

Just don't use them. I am still waiting for my daughter's Christmas present to arrive in South Africa, due to arrive Dec 22nd - Still waiting Jan 4th. The problem is that MyParcelDelivery get between you and the courier, so when there is a problem with the delivery you have no hope. Getting in touch with MPD was impossible - I even tried tried tracking down the directors via their marketing business. The only details TNT had were from MPD and they do not reply. Also the price quoted for the delivery by MPD and TNT doubled by customs. You can excuse the public for not knowing the import taxes, but surely an international courier company should have an idea. BTW one significant delay was the documentation supplied by MPD as it was not enough for customs and when TNT raised it back of course MPD acted as a large black whole. Anyway - be warned.

Three times I have used this company, in preference over other delivery services, as they offered cheaper service with the cashback. My first two cashback claims have now been declined, and reading the other reviews, I expect my third to be declined too! TopCashBack - please drop this company ASAP. They are giving your wonderful service a bad name!

Cashback declined on 3 separate occasions. I certainly won't be using them again, and suggest they be removed from TCB, as they are non-payers. Better to go direct to MyParcel.com.

Tracked quickly and the parcel was delivered as expected so top marks to "Hermes" the carrier used but Cashback was declined by "my parcel delivery" for no apparent reason. "My parcel delivery" is a comparison site, I have lodged a claim and will see what happens
