I would not recommend this merchant as it was totally impossible to recover cashback from a verified transaction. It's taken 10 months to get to this!

Would never use this site again! 2 no show pick ups, customer service lines close before the last picked up time which is not very helpful! Waited over 4 weeks to sort out the service and a refund. Customer service very poor and unhelpful. I wouldn't waste your time with this company as so many other services out there that offer a much better service for the same price or cheaper.

This is fake, they do not want to pay cashback, they only lure customers to their website! Do not use them! My parcel was not delivered, the tracking was a lie, too, saying that the parcel was attempted to be delivered, however, recipient was home all day, noone attempted anything, not even call her! (Why the phone number then??) Partner's order was not even tracked.. We will definitely never use this company again!!

Booked two collections as a new customer, still waiting two weeks later for one of the "Next day delivery" to be delivered. Contacted my parcel who said they cant locate the item, so despite the cashback i'm fifty quid down as they have lost it

in the uk it cost me 0,88p to post a small item locally i was considering using this service,so to compare cost using the recite got when posting my other item i put in the satistics and shockingly it would have cost me £3.33 to use this service just for some one to collect the parcel, i guess its good for bulky items but for smaller its better to walk to the post office if you are able, ide rate though brilliant if you have no one to go for you to post office free for you or you have no family or friends and your house bound,

Don't waste your time or money with this company, I paid for their cake delivery service (which they claim to not be liable for damage etc) but anyway, chose Next Day Delivery, my parcel was collected on Friday and was supposed to arrive on Monday for my Dad's birthday. Monday they didn't even bother, just said Delayed, Tuesday it was 'Out for Delivery' all day then ended up back at the warehouse, Wednesday exactly the same, and again today, now day four of this 'Out for Delivery' so who knows when it will actually get there, if at all. And yes the 'help bots' are useless, give you the whole Covid excuse, funny how other companies aren't struggling. My other half sold something on eBay, used their courier service, paid for Next Day Delivery, turns out it was UPS who collected his parcel, and guess what it arrived the next day, as promised by eBay, who aren't exactly a small organisation. So the exact same courier company was booked by both of us, UPS, eBay manages to deliver the next day, where as MPD, well we're currently on day four. I have been emailing a member of their Customer Services team, who keeps thanking me for my patience and understanding, which isn't winding me up at all... I have explained my frustration and upset at my perishable item taking so long to be delivered, it will most likely be inedible by the time it gets there. I was sent a link last night when he confirmed it would be there by the end of the day, only for it to update by the time I clicked on it, to show it then jumped to the end of the day today?? If Covid is such an issue for MPD, then don't take on so many bookings, there should be a limit so that couriers are able to deliver the amount of bookings they receive, but no MPD will happily take your Next Day Delivery payment, then take as long as they like to deliver, or not, who knows! Not fair on the couriers or customers. Please don't waste your money guys, wish I'd researched before.

Most awful service, lost the parcel which is a very large box and can't trace where it is. No contact number for customer service and excuse after excuse with no results and parcel never found or returned. Reviews on the internet showed similar experiences by many customers.

No communication between them and me once i’d sent my parcel, which was held up several times en-route due to incorrect paperwork on their end. Only my repeated chasing caused the issue to be resolved.

I used them as the Cash Back made the price more competitive. It was my first order and the declined it. Pick some one with a cheaper price without taking Cash Back into consideration.
