Never had any problem with Mothercare. Cashback rates are generally good plus tracks, confirmed and paid out as stated. Never had to chase for payment.

Comparable to Kiddicare only on price this time because of discount and sale. The items were delivered late well after the evening slot they gave me (17:00 - 19:00). They delivered to our neighbour at around 20:30 - too late if you have young babies!! However, from this experience I will shop with Kiddicare from now on.

Tracks quickly, confirms within six weeks and payable after another six weeks or so. Cashback amount varies though so one order maybe at 8% but the next only at 5%.
