	Having visited this merchant on a number of occasions with no issue regarding the tracking of purchases and approval of cashback i was disappointed to have to submit a missing cashback claim for my most recent purchase. This was also a purchase worth a considerable amount of money and therefore cashback. I had no issues with receiving cashback for small amounts. I hope to get this resolved.

	I purchased an item from these Oct 09. The cash back didn't track despite putting in a failed to track and several nudges it's still "awaiting retailers response". In addition when they sent the item they included someone else's invoice providing me someone elses personal details - good job I'm not someone into identity fraud!!! Very poor all round, won't order online again

	Terrible cashback service, I had to put in a missing cashback claim and this is ongoing. I will not be using this retailer again.

	It is always Mothercare. Whenever I buy something from them through cash back websites it takes ages to get the cashback. I think better not to buy anything from Mothercare or not to use cashback at least I would know there is nothing to chase.

	Wrong item sent by merchant, which was subsequently replaced but lead to merchant rejecting my cashback because they said I returned my order (which I didn't!)

	Cashback didn't track. Topcashback can't do anything as Mothercare state that theirs wasn't the last referral. Mothercare not interested in assisting.

	Disgusting. Bought £300 buggy, supposed to get £15 cash back. Mother are declined this and offered £1.75!!!

	They don't payout! I've spent hundreds over the last 12 months but Cashback has been declined. It's only natural to shop around before making a purchase but I've obviously not been canny enough and they've wriggled out if paying I can only assume because I used their site but didn't make the purchase straight away, most unfair!

	waste of time and effort! top quality product, but horrible experience with regard to the purchase / delivery, and on top of that, the cash back has been declined by the merchant!

	POOR. I placed 2 separate orders in December, both of which I was told were out of stock (after contacting Mothercare 2 weeks of ordering), far too late to go elsewhere to order in time for Christmas. No compensation offered for Mothercare's error, poor communication and stock management.

	Please be aware they will NOT pay out on larger cashback amounts. As with all the other reviews, my claim was left dangling for months and eventually refused for no legitimate reason. Please ignore the 'high satisfaction' rating, look at all reviews from the previous year and you will see cashback doesnt track.

	Was promised 5% cashback on a large purchase, Mothercare rejected my claim and no longer offer cashback, Very dissapointing!

	Tracked my payment for several weeks, it then sat at confirmed for a few more, then to my surprise it vanished... No help from topcashback of any use and nothing from Mothercare, bunch of amateurs, NOT RECOMMENDED

	Comparable to Kiddicare only on price this time because of discount and sale. The items were delivered late well after the evening slot they gave me (17:00 - 19:00). They delivered to our neighbour at around 20:30 - too late if you have young babies!! However, from this experience I will shop with Kiddicare from now on.

	Still haven't received the cash back on this item despite ordering well before Xmas. Have contacted topcashback who say they have contacted mothercare but no progress despite several nudges. The item was received ok but was sent someone elses invoice with their details on so don't think much of their data protection either.
