I have purchased from Mothercare about 5 times using TCB. The cashback didn't track for any of the purchases and I only realised you could put a claim in after the 100 days so I have missed out! But I did manage to put in 2 claims and one has come back with the cashback tracked and I am waiting to hear on the other one.
My suggestion to others would be put in a claim if it doesn't track and remember the 100 day deadline for claims!
Otherwise, my experience using Mothercare has been fine, prompt delivery and easy purchasing experience.

I've got three claims "waiting for retailer" that had to be made through the missing claims process and have been for some time now. I've got one transaction that is three weeks over the payable date (and it's nearly a year old, guess what - I had to chase it up)
The worst company on here in terms of cashback in my own experience :< Although on a side note, due to their cockups and terrible customer service I've had over £150 in money back/voucherss so, er, that's a result?

I had arranged to collect order from the store but only part of the order was delivered and although the staff tried to sort out the missing part of the order it would have I would have had to travel yet again to the store to pick up the rest of the orde - not good- customer services did sort by arranging delivery by post but not ideal.

Having visited this merchant on a number of occasions with no issue regarding the tracking of purchases and approval of cashback i was disappointed to have to submit a missing cashback claim for my most recent purchase. This was also a purchase worth a considerable amount of money and therefore cashback. I had no issues with receiving cashback for small amounts. I hope to get this resolved.

Did not track but Topcashback got the cashback to confirmed within a matter of weeks of the claim being submitted. Waiting for it to go to payable.

Fantastic website, deals and promo codes. Site easy and quick to use, very informative etc. Just not so good when I got in store to collect!!! I found the assistants in store not too helpful at all, but website is great - next time I use Mothercare, I will opt for home delivery so I dont have to deal with the rude assistant encountered in store!
