Cashback still pending but it seems to be excluding VAT which wasn't stated. Also the condition of the boxes delivered was shocking - they were battered and filthy. I'm hoping the products inside are ok.

This is my third order with mothercare through topcashback and once again it hasn't tracked. Out of the three claims pending just one has actually been found. One remains pending for over a month and another I have just lodged a claim. Not good enough Topcashback - look at how many people are complaining and sort it out!

So far I have bought two big orders from Mothercare and neither have tracked. I have waited a month for Topcashback to sort this out despite the site saying it was tracked. So far it still hasn't been confirmed. Bit poor really Topcashback!

Cash back takes on average 13 weeks to be credited to your account? I purchased on 4th September and I'm still waiting, coming up to 27 weeks now, awful!

I had arranged to collect order from the store but only part of the order was delivered and although the staff tried to sort out the missing part of the order it would have I would have had to travel yet again to the store to pick up the rest of the orde - not good- customer services did sort by arranging delivery by post but not ideal.

have had to sumit claims on both my purchases i have made with mothercare. they dont volunteer cashback readily. they confirmed transaction so hopefully will get cashback

Product arrived damaged so was returned for exchange - no refund issued, but cashback was declined. Mothercare customer service & delivery company decidedly average. Wouldn't use their online store again for any large purchase.

Looking at the reviews it seems I'm about the only person who had a bad experience (with mothercare not topcasback). Only half of the delivery was made and after calling and (eventually) getting through to someone to help they kept insisting the order had been delivered (which it stated on my account/delivery tracking page). After further investigation they discovered they forgot to put the travel system on the van and hadn't flagged it up. By this time the delivery was two weeks late and they had no stock left so gave me an alternative at the same price (after a lengthy wait on the phone over a deliberation on the 1p price difference with the new option) The new order came through a day late. Wasn't happy and also had my cashback declined for the new order not being placed through topcashback. Won't be using them again customer care was rubbish. As I said at the beginning though I seem to be the only person who had trouble and I never complain about anything lol.

Did not track & had to chase through customer care. Eventually resolved then declined for no reason, and now chasing again. Still trying to resolve this 7 months later....not very impressed!!

I've got three claims "waiting for retailer" that had to be made through the missing claims process and have been for some time now. I've got one transaction that is three weeks over the payable date (and it's nearly a year old, guess what - I had to chase it up) The worst company on here in terms of cashback in my own experience :< Although on a side note, due to their cockups and terrible customer service I've had over £150 in money back/voucherss so, er, that's a result?
