I purchased an item from these Oct 09. The cash back didn't track despite putting in a failed to track and several nudges it's still "awaiting retailers response". In addition when they sent the item they included someone else's invoice providing me someone elses personal details - good job I'm not someone into identity fraud!!! Very poor all round, won't order online again

Original cashback failed to track. Submited claim and cashback registered within 2-3 day. Not impressed that original transaction didn't track, but not a other when claim is dealt with so quickly.

Cashback offer was excellent, I got an extra 10% ontop of cashback using the code supplied.
Did require chasing as the purchase was not automaticly picked up.
Topcashback chased for me and now its all sorted :-)

have had to sumit claims on both my purchases i have made with mothercare.
they dont volunteer cashback readily.
they confirmed transaction so hopefully will get cashback

This was the first time I had ever used top cash back, and it was so simple. Great service will definatley be using it again. Great customer service from Mothercare. All in all very pleased with the service.

It is always Mothercare. Whenever I buy something from them through cash back websites it takes ages to get the cashback. I think better not to buy anything from Mothercare or not to use cashback at least I would know there is nothing to chase.

The lenght of time to dispatch the items based upon free delivery was far too long, however good products with all in stock.

Not impressed. one item I ordered was substituted with a cheaper alternative, yet i was invoiced for the original price. When I made an online query, the suggested "we think this might answer your question" was complete nonsense. It suggested that an answer to this complaint would be answered by "are there any vacancies at Mothercare" and some question about pushchairs.
This is also the ONLY transaction that has failed to track since I have been using TopCashback.
The only POSITIVE thing so far is that although incorrect in one item of three, the delivery was made today (20th), from an order placed on the 15th.
