  Spend more than £50 and you can take advantage of free standard delivery, which will see your items (exclusions apply) arrive in 3-5 working days (4-6 working days for personalised products).

  With premium delivery, you can choose a convenient date for you, as long as you give them two days' notice, while if you order before 4pm, you can choose to receive it the next working day.

  Place an order before 4pm and you can receive it by 1pm the next working day with morning delivery, while if you want it delivered on a Saturday, just order by midday on Friday. Premium, next day and morning delivery options are available Tuesday-Friday. The carrier will send you a text or email on the day of delivery telling you when you can expect your order. • Returns

  In the event of you not being happy with something you have purchased online, you can return it within 30 days, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging - with tags attached - and in a resaleable condition.

  Items can be returned to a Mamas & Papas store for a refund or exchange if you take along your receipt or order confirmation email. If you do not have a receipt or order confirmation email, they will still exchange it or provide a gift card refund if the item is in a resaleable condition.

  To return an item by post, complete the returns label included with your order and send it with your item to the address you will find on the Returns page of their website. They recommend using a tracked delivery service and you will need to cover the return postage costs. If you are unable to return your item, call their customer service team and they can arrange for a courier to collect it. You will be charged £40 unless otherwise advised. This also applies to any item of furniture you wish to return.
