Not impressed. one item I ordered was substituted with a cheaper alternative, yet i was invoiced for the original price. When I made an online query, the suggested "we think this might answer your question" was complete nonsense. It suggested that an answer to this complaint would be answered by "are there any vacancies at Mothercare" and some question about pushchairs.
This is also the ONLY transaction that has failed to track since I have been using TopCashback.
The only POSITIVE thing so far is that although incorrect in one item of three, the delivery was made today (20th), from an order placed on the 15th.

The two times I purchased from Mothercare through Topcashback, the sales were untracked. The last time it took almost a year and still nothing. Perhaps I am unlucky, but no more Mothercare for me......

Have submitted cashback request manually - following failed tracking of purchase - still NOTHING - no record at top cash back of manual submission either! Beginning to think this website is a waste of time!!!

Ordered goods and tracking failed. Had to submit order manually. None of mine with any retailers have tracked automatically - even though the cookie test was passed!
Waiting to see if cash back will be paid.

I've made 2 seperate purchases through this website and neither one of them tracked. I've had to submit claims for both and still have had no response. Poor service!!!

Generally efficient although I had a problem with one product getting lost in the post. Not Mothercare's fault as it was despatched directly from supplier and they did manage to sort it out for me. Would use them again.

Ordered a pushchair which failed to track. Also standard delivery took 13 days to arrive. The only reason I ordered online was for cashback and have had to submit manual claim and they take months :(

Tracking not always reliable, some transactions tracked almost immediately, while others never tracked at all. However, uopn enquiry, the cashback was validated.

One transaction tracked, one didn't. Enquiry submitted but still no sign of the cashback. As a retailer always good, prompt delivery and GREAT customer service who are happy to always help out.
