Both cashback and company have been excellent. Have bought from them several times with no problem at all and would definitely use them again.

Didnt track to begin with and had to open a tracking enquiry but once this was done the transaction tracked and became payable quite quickly. Would use again as the company are very good and have very good customer service aswell!!

Have had no problems with obtaining cashback, only grumble is that it has taken nearly 3 months for it to come through - but this normal. Was able to use a baby and me voucher with the purchase but had an error with the voucher code, when I phoned the sales order line and explained I wanted to order through top cash back, they were great, cleared the error and away I went. I thought they'd be funny and I'd have to order by phone to use the voucher, but they were great about it.

I am very disappointed by my first experience on TopCashBack with this retailer. It has taken 11 weeks for this to be recognised by the retailer. Still waiting for confirmation from them. This is after 3 nudges by myself to the account.

Delivery of the item was a bit of a nightmare though.
