They don't payout! I've spent hundreds over the last 12 months but Cashback has been declined. It's only natural to shop around before making a purchase but I've obviously not been canny enough and they've wriggled out if paying I can only assume because I used their site but didn't make the purchase straight away, most unfair!

Cashback still pending but it seems to be excluding VAT which wasn't stated. Also the condition of the boxes delivered was shocking - they were battered and filthy. I'm hoping the products inside are ok.

Looking at the reviews it seems I'm about the only person who had a bad experience (with mothercare not topcasback). Only half of the delivery was made and after calling and (eventually) getting through to someone to help they kept insisting the order had been delivered (which it stated on my account/delivery tracking page). After further investigation they discovered they forgot to put the travel system on the van and hadn't flagged it up. By this time the delivery was two weeks late and they had no stock left so gave me an alternative at the same price (after a lengthy wait on the phone over a deliberation on the 1p price difference with the new option) The new order came through a day late. Wasn't happy and also had my cashback declined for the new order not being placed through topcashback. Won't be using them again customer care was rubbish. As I said at the beginning though I seem to be the only person who had trouble and I never complain about anything lol.

Ordered cotbed and matteress 23/11/2013, the baby arrived this week 22/04/2014 and so did the cashback. Mothercare kept us informed of stock level and sent several updates about delivery. Cotbed and matteress bought in sale plus discount code and cashback great savings.

POOR. I placed 2 separate orders in December, both of which I was told were out of stock (after contacting Mothercare 2 weeks of ordering), far too late to go elsewhere to order in time for Christmas. No compensation offered for Mothercare's error, poor communication and stock management.
