	Home Insurance Policy purchased in August 2009. I queried it in December and was told all was fine, only see it has now been declined by More Than with no explanation. Have submitted a claim but not optimistic of ever seeing my £80.00... Don't be fooled by the fact they offer the highest cashback. Judging by the number of negative reviews, they have little intention of ever paying customers.

	Dont bother! Its LESS than you expect ! You wont get paid! I waited for a year, many trys at getting the money despite loads of proof I bought the insurance, go else where. Just went to Sainsbury for example, perfect tracking £100!!

	I did the transaction 140 days ago! The transaction has been registered but no sign of payment. I would never have gone with More Than without the cashback offer. Now I feel ripped off.

	Insurance is an annual contract and if they said you'd get your cashback between 6 and 9 months into the policy then fine. There is obviously some issue with paying cashback from 3 months into the policy and I think it is really down to TCB to get on top of this as it is their reputation which is going down the toilet.

	As mentioned a few days ago the £70 that became payable was in my account at the weekend and i treated myself to a new coat! Thanks again TCB like many others i had to wait almost 6 months but i finally got it!

	Like hundreds of other members, I have waited over 6 months for my cashback which is now due in March 2010. Should the TopCashBack staff not suspend More Than from offering cash back for new purchases until this company can demonstrate an ability to honour their previous claims?

	Finally got my cashback this week after waiting since July-hold tight those that are still waiting,i will however never ever use More than again,the damage has been done.

	Had most of my insurances from more than and claimed over £200 cash back from them and still to get £140 . yes you do have to wait but just have patience!! you end up getting a cheaper quote and cash back , so what if you have to wait 6mths for cash back its a nice suprise when it arrives!!

	My husband bought his car insurance from More Than back in May 09 and the £60 cash back just became paybale this week. It has been a very LONG wait. Glad its paid now, finally. I have noticed the Cash Back for car insurance is ONLY £40 now. May not use "More Than" again for next year's car insurance.

	Took out Home Insurance in July and just received a payout of £70.00 cashback. I was expecting to wait at least 6 months, so I am happy :) Previously I had to wait nearly 10 months with ASDA Finance and complain several times.

	I too have had a bad experience as described by others -house insurance bought in the summer , £80 cashback due , confirmed quickly , due for payment at the end of October , never appeared, enquiries made & reassuarances made and then this week suddenly the figure due dropped to £0.00 for no reason as no comparison site was involved. If this doesn't amount to fraud I don't know what does. Needless to say I will be taking this further and terminating all business with the company involved. DO NOT USE!

	is not not in someway illegal for topcashback to delete most of the feedback people leave? in the last two days nearly all of the negative posts about this company have been removed which gives people a sense of hope that more than will actually pay out.

	Atrocious. Still waiting from July 2009. You'd really think topcashback staff might take more of an interest in this - it's false advertising like this that gives the whole concept of cashback sites a bad name. I presume Topcashback got their commission OK, seeing as this shower are still on the site - just us mugs that have to go without.
