Placed order on 3rd December 2017, estimated payable in 11 weeks. 26 weeks have now elapsed and payment still showing as pending. Would not recommend using TopCashBack for this retailer, unreliable

Ordered 7th Dec 2017. It's supposed to take 11 weeks for the cashback to arrive. It's now been over 16 weeks and the transactions are still pending. I would advise not to use Molton Brown if cashback is important to you.

Ordered beginning of September 2013. States cash back will be 17 weeks. I've been waiting longer than the 17 weeks and still no sign of cash back. Very disappointed with the company.
