	Despite what it says, the owed cashback amount was not corrected once it became available. I now have to wait 3 months before I hear anything back about getting the correct amount of cashback.

	Second claim declined even though I didnt apply any discount codes - it automatically put a discount on the purchase which they say was not authorised. Simple way for them to decline claims. They are breaching T&Cs not the customers yet TCB continue to take their cut on the declined cashback amounts. Avoid.
