	Not only did Mobiles make a complete hash of my order, which I had to sort out with the carrier myself, they then managed to diddle me on my cashback claiming they couldn't trace my order reference. That is the order reference they provide when you place an order! Dont waste your time.

	Buying a phone via Topcashback costs significantly more than going direct to mobiles.co.uk! I wanted to buy an iPhone upgrade but discovered that the prices were all £110 more expensive going via Topcashback. The cashback offered was only £35 so it works out £75 more expensive than going directly to the merchant. Very dishonest behaviour. Avoid!

	Cashback refused as “Commission not paid on products purchased”. No exclusions were given on the TCB page when I clicked through.

	I didn't receive my cashback from this merchant, even though I followed all the rules. Topcashback tried to chase it for me but mobiles.co.uk refused to hand over the sum owed, and would not provide any details on why. They said that if this particular merchant declines a claim they will stand by this decision and refuse to review.
