After purchase you wait for a code. Then you have to log in to retrieve it. My browser wouldn't display the download link but Microsoft online help fixed the problem for me via there purchase portal.

An update on my earlier feedback, posted a message to TCB to find out why nothing was happening from the merchant's end 3 and a half months after purchase. Amazingly the same day the cashback which hadn't previously shown on my a/c as tracked flagged up as payable. No idea on the delay here but it is worth contacting TCB after a reasonable time has passed in case there's a block in the system somewhere

Cashback was much lower than expected, plus order amount was wrong in Top Cashback's account panel. Obviously bad tracking. Submitted missing cashback claim but still haven't heard anything back from Top Cashback.

I wouldn't class this supplier as "faster paying", they need to be stripped of that title!. I bought an i7 Surface Pro 3 & a case together in the same transaction, they tracked immediately, but then for some reason the payments split... the case changed to payable within a couple of weeks, but this was about 53p... the 'big' cashback for the surface pro 3 sat there for a further 3 months, after which I chased topcashback to see what happened. It became payable about a week after chasing for it. I did get the full amount I was expecting, but for a "faster paying" merchant, I was pretty disappointed.

Terrible service from Microsoft, I've been trying for months to claim my cashback for an xbox one. They keep declining my claim, yet I give them all the order number and emails etc. I even phoned them and someone confirmed that my order and claim were valid and to resubmit my claim, which I did and today Microsoft have declined it again, I'm so angry!

I purchased Office 365 on 10 Mar 14, didn't track. Submitted claim to TCB and they forwarded end of Mar. It's now nearly 3 months since purchase and over 2 months since TCB sent in claim, no comment from TCB and nothing showing in my account. Unless there's a miracle I don't expect to see the £9.60 cashback I was expecting. Pretty disappointing to say the least especially as Microsoft Store aren't a small enterprise. If you buy from MS Store don't get too excited about the cashback - that's my advice
