after waiting beyond 100 days transaction declined. Topcashback staff were excellent did as much as they could to give m and s details of claim. Despite proof of policy purchase, transaction still declined. Will not bother with them again.

Purchased in April but had to submit a support ticket to get the cashback which took until the end of August to confirm and I will now have to wait a further 27 weeks for it to become payable, by which time I'll need to be renewing my home insurance again!

Car insurance purchase didn't track, resulting in submitting a manual claim. Finally got the money some 7 months later. As with a previous policy, they're slow, but at least for me, pay up eventually.

Bought pet cover for my dog on 2nd Oct 2012 and after six months and six payments still not received my £30.30. At the time I was so pleased with the service I then purchased cover for my other dog in January this year so I'm a bit disappointed that Marks & spencer have not kept there side of the deal. I was expecting to wait a long time but not this long. Sorry M & S not good service this time

I had this last year got a great price and cashback came through no problem. Its time for renewal and its cheaper than anything on the comparison sites. Thought maybe I could cheat the system and just put in for a new quote and maybe swap mine and my husbands names around but the new quote price is a lot more expensive than my renewal! Will probably go with them again but no cashback this time :(

purchased twice with this insurer as the price was great taking into account the £45 on offer. Both times they have not tracked and had to manual claim. Understand TCB will not contact M&S for 3months now!!!

The house insurance policy that i took out with M & S at the beginning of the year was far more reasonably priced than the similar Halifax cover i had at that time.
Having waited for the stipulated time the cashback that I was expecting wasn't showing on my account so i raised a claim.
After a further prolonged wait the cashback finally tracked and has now been credited to my account as payable.
In summary, I'm currently pleased with the product (i haven't had to make a claim) but the cashback process could be better.

If you are considering buying M&S insurance using cashback, it may be worthwhile noting it took almost seven months for it to become available to me.
My car insurance was due at the beginning of October, I renewed in the second week of September. They say there is a 90 day validation period to ensure I don't cancel the policy, which is fair enough. This 90 day period commences at the end of the month which the policy starts, so that would be from the very end of October taking us up until the end of January.
Even then, once it became 'confirmed' on topcashback for me I still had to wait two months for it to become payable.
All in all, this was just short of seven months from buying the policy to receiving the cashback.
