Avoid! They declined cashback for no reason after several weeks. Order was fully completed online and paid online. No voucher used and still declined!

It has taken over 6 months for cash back to become payable,overall very disappointed with time taken and the efort to get cashback to even track.

I made a click and collect order via TCB with them. Well after I picked the item up I got an email reminding me to clooect it. It never did track. I suspect that the staff hadn't married up the order with the sale. I really couldn't be bothered to chase it up as it was only a few quid.

Declined again !!!! I used to work for them and the staff are under immense pressure to hit targets so they cancel the click and collect order and process it under their employee code because the sale goes towards their bonus and KPI. Best thing to do is order single items. Employees must hit a multisale target of 38% per day so if its a single item they might not cancel and resubmit your order.

Keep getting declined because collect in store doesn't work - the stores never do it properly so always gets turned down. Fine if using delivery but click and collect is a big no.

This is the second time i have had trouble getting paid cashback from Maplin Electronics. This time they are fefusing to pay as they tell me i have not clicked through and been referred through Topcashback. Never had any trouble getting cashback with any other online shop through Topcashback its always Maplin Electronics. Beware of these scamming total scumbags. I will no longer be using Maplin Electronics. Online or there high street outlets.
