Maplin like to get your order to you as soon as possible and, as a result, you may receive your goods in separate deliveries. Maplin deliver all over the UK, but their delivery services may take longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

• Returning an unwanted item

  You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is still in its original condition.

  Maplin accept returns, subject to the rules outlined in their returns policy. If you request a return for an item during the above time frame but you can’t return it to Maplin for some reason, you should get in touch with Maplin. You should note, any refund will be at Maplin’s discretion.

• Returning a faulty or defective item
