Good Parking but shocking cash back retailer. I have two outstanding claims going back 9 months that are still in pending. I have put a claim in but they are still awaiting a reply. Find another merchant that pays promptly.

Very easy to earn cash back and the rates are usually quite good. My only gripe is that it takes so long to get the transaction posted through which then releases the payment. Not sure why they need so long! At lease they do pay in the end though which is great as I use Manchester so frequently
