Nothing wrong with the system ie booking easy and worked very well at the airport for the parking, this would normally had got 5 stars from me, however, cash back declined when I used the correct procedure as always and whats more TCB cannot look into claims for this retailer.A shocking state of affairs, DON'T USE is my best advice, there are plenty others provide the same service who no doubt are happy keep to promises.

Really annoyed. Last one tracked correctly, yet Manchester Airport just declined and cancelled a £14.16 cashback. No way to chase them either. Disgusting service

The carpark service is good, but don't rely on getting the cashback. I've had mine declined. I've never used them directly before. I was a new customer in their eyes - so, they had no excuse. If there's an option to choose parking via your holiday co/travel agent probably better to do that. Very disappointing, especially as it cost us over £130 to park for 2 weeks!!

gong on holiday from Manchester airport 10% cashback, reasonable price, couldn't lose! everything tracked etc went on holiday. a week after we came back it was declined. no explanation and no means of investigating just £0.00 :(

As a car park service they are ok, i've no idea why they offer cashback though, twice i've gone through top cashback with them, the first time took 2 years to pay out! the second time they have declined the cashback. I certainly wouldnt use this as a factor for booking with them again in the future.
