Cashback doesn't track. Very Poor network service
Cashback didn't track for a £15 expected cashback. Lodge a missing claim, 3 months later and still no response from Lycamobile. It looking increasingly doubtful that they will ever pay the cashback.
Their network coverage turned out to be extremely poor for my home area and my work area despite their weebsite coverage checker saying good coverage for both areas.

Unable to place an order no matter how many times I try. If it weren't for the fact that i need an esim that doesn't cost the earth, I'd find another network.

Dishonest and awful
I bought a monthly sim supposedly at a very low price for the first six months. In month two they charged the full price. After a month of multiple complaints and time and effort they refused to refund (several times) and eventually said they would issue a refund "after the next billing cycle". Given how long it had taken to get that far and that I was about to be (in all likelihood) ripped off for another month I switched away; they then said because I'd switched away before the next billing month they couldn't make the refund.
If you have a problem expect to waste a LOT of time attempting to speak with a person (menus make that almost impossible) and then to get no-where - even where they have plainly broken the conctract you agreed to.

Did not track, though everything else does from other retailers.
No cashback. When attempting to lodge a claim it states that there is just 35% of purchase cashback, the 70p free SIM cashback is not shown. You cannot put in a claim for the 70p (and TCB do mention this, perhaps because of the lack of payouts from Lyca).
Of course when you look at Lyca on TCB, it still shows 70p for a free SIM, but the reward cannot be obtained. Why show 70p if it is never paid?
Finally, the SIMs only work in some phones, the service is expensive and there are extra charges calling a Lyca number from T-Mobile.
It's lose-lose.
So don't waste your time with the fools at Lyca. They will go out of business in due course.

Since this didnt track and couldn't submit a missing claim (even though tcb recognised the transaction date & time and I receieved the sim card) because it zero amount transaction and tcb are not that interested in either fixing their software so we can submit and/or then chasing the merchant for advertised cashback.
Not impressed with tcb for either correcting or having the courage to chase because as it stands, the cashback has a "getout" clause for the merchant not to pay by just saying its not tracked.
