Don't bother with this! They were fast to track but after 3 months decided to reduce £45 payment to nil for no apparent reason. Another 3 months later and several disputes I still haven't got anywhere. Very disappointed!

LV's website refused to accept payment by credit card at the first attempt, without giving a specific reason. I was then forced to re-enter ALL the personal and insurance-related details before payment was accepted on the second attempt. Members would be advised to make full use of the "save" facility.
On a positive note, I found the website otherwise relatively easy to use, and the £60 discount has already been posted to my account as pending. With this discount, the policy seems substantially less expensive than comparable home insurance policies.
