Very poor. Advertised as faster paying. Heard nothing for weeks. When I enquired they eventually replied but instead off paying at that point they started their verification process. Had to wait some more months before payout.

Waste of time - you will get a cheaper quote (including cashback - assuming they pay it !!!) if you don't use the cashback link and just use their site ! Shame on you TCB on facilitating this dishonest practice. This should never be allowed - you just lost all credibility in my eyes TCB - just plain deception of your members.

Been with them for years and excellent service. Normal takes 6-8 months of chasing to get cashback. This year i have waited 13 months to get cashback and it has been rejected on grounds they cannot verify the link. A policy number of the insurance isnt sufficient.
