not good at all declined cashback after over 100 days even though i followed correct procedure when bought car insurance from them. i dont order number anymore so i can submit my missing cashback claim. called lv car insurance to get the order number but they couldnt help in any way. i made this purchase directly from LV because of the higher cashback. i could've got cheaper from comparisan sites.wont make that mistake again.

To make a cash back claim, there seems to be an order number required. But since there is none, only a policy number, how do you ever get cash back?

Cashback amount £20 not paid after 9 months initially not tracked and lv continue to dispute any record of it even when valid car insurance policy active and topcashback recorded original transaction ! Update : continue to get inadequate service from Topcashback that just want to re-submit claim time after time and result is only going around in an indefinite loop !
