They promised me £37 cash back but paid £20 also informed me it will automatically renew so I will have to contact them to stop this why when I have not asked for it? Wish I had stayed with Aviva who as it turned out would have been cheaper.

declined - apparently because “terms and conditions were not used” - no further explanation, and I'm sure I did everything correctly. 'Support' tried to help, but were unsuccessful, and now a year has passed. I certainly would not consider LV again!

not great initially for no reason declined making the transaction take much longer, no reason for it to be declined and no reason given for it to be declined, having to chase it up all the time is time consuming when there was no need.
