I took out two policies with this company--Car Insurance and Home Insurance. The premiums quoted were first class and saved me lots of money. The cashback tracked quickly and has become payable in record time. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Did not receive any cashback from the retailer. Showed as correct amount of £20 pending for 3 months as expected and then changed to £0.00 payable. By then too late for Top Cashback to follow up. Very unhappy with cashback for this retailer. Don't count on receiving.

Even if you are currently insured with LV it's worth doing a new quote through TC as it often works out cheaper with cashback.

Having bought my car insurance in September ’09 and been unsuccessfully pursuing the cashback ever since, LV now says 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. READ THE FEEDBACK FOR THIS RETAILER! It would appear that LV all too frequently has difficulty in attributing sales to Top Cashback members or has other reasons for not producing the cashback. My car insurance is due for renewal next month – guess which company I’ll NOT be using.

@semarilou: Absolutely right. LV quoted me £25 more through this site than GoCompare or Money SuperMarket. They're upping their premiums by more than the cashback. Is there a way of reporting this underhand behaviour to TopCashBack, who I'm sure wouldn't want to be associated with actually LOSING money!

UPDATE: It seems LV are not paying out cashback on policies where you have saved a quote.
I used the usual comparision sites confuse, compare the market, moneysupermarket, etc. I found LV to be the cheapest and saved the quote, I then paid for the insurance via this site to get the cashback. (Or not as it turned out to be!)
By doing this I didn't meet LV's cashback criteria and missed out on £20. I have a sneaking suspicion that LV quotes directly from this site will be £20 or £30 more expensive than the comparison sites to allow for the cashback.
For the sake of £20 LV I think you are being rather petty and I certainy won't be taking another policy with you guys any time soon.
Other cashbackers you have been warned!!

Cash back tracked until it became payable then strangely went down to ZERO. This was after 100 days and top cash back could do nothing about it.
As others have said Why is LV Car insurance on a cash back site when they clearly have no intention of paying any???
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
NOTE TO TOP CASH BACK - Why don't you remove these jokers so no one else gets stung?

I have waited nearly a year for Liverpool Victoria to credit my account with the £20 cash for taking out car insurance. I however have been informed that I am not to get the £20 because it has been credited to another person. It would appear the policy book wasn't sent out so I rang LV & the customer service cancelled my booking on line without my knowledge to re issue a new policy booklet ensuring I no longer was set to receive the discount . (Not very honourable but they lost out a years insurance money for £20 )
