Hi I have just checked for a car insurance quote from Liverpool Victoria, I access their site via TopCashBack and have been quoted £290 which I felt was reasonable, but then I checked the same quote accessing LV directly and the quote has come back at £260? Does this mean that one of the conditions fro recieving the £20 cashback advertised I have to pay £30 more for the same cover and wait several weeks to receive £20? cashback? Beware.

Tracked ok... Was supposed to get just over £20. Policy was taken out in January 2010. When I checked today cashback had been changed to zero, As claim is over 100 days old cannot submit a claim. Needless to say I am not happy!!

took just about 2 months for the cashback to become payable. Took insurance policy out on feb 2nd, got my money made payable yesterday. It didn't even go to confirmed, just went straight to payable.

Did not track waited 2 weeks had to go through missing payments bit of a drag as you have to go through the rigmorole of dates and other details,it then came pending the following day.still can't grumble though its money for nowt

Great price on insurance and cashback too!
Be aware that my cashback sat in pending for 3 months, then went straight into payable, missed confirmed completely. So don't be too worried!

LV is great for some cheap insurance deals but they are very, very late when requesting cahsback from them.
If you want chasback be prepared to wait a long time.

Took out insurance on 2nd February but cashback says it will not be payable till end of May, so very very slow. Going through the website already saved money over the "Renewal" price of my policy though, so still a good deal. If it does pay out it will be even better.
