Ordered couple of items to get value for money on postage cost, received confirmation email then 3 days later got partial refund and dispatch notification together as they were unable to fulfil order placed in good faith. Contacted them to cancel full order within the hour and before they passed the order to the courier. They emailed to acknowledge cancellation yet still received item anyway. Now have to pay again to return. Poor customer service and way to do business. Customer lost!
