payment still pending after a month is my only comment otherwise I couldn't be happier switching my insurance it was fast and easy and half the price of my previous insurance plus the cashback on top. I had a query on my premium that although took one month was resolved completely and with an amazing apology letter. Would highly recommend.

Bought insurance 22/10 & submitted missing cashback claim in Nov. Cashback became payable mid Jan. So although it took a while, I'm happy that now resolved.

i did a couple of insurances purchases and the transaction was tracked and it shows as pending, its benn nearly 6 weeks now on pending status, i hope i will get my commission soon,

My first insurance cashback claim with Lloyds tracked perfectly but this one, my second, failed to track automatically and had top be done manually. This took a few months but I did get the full amount.

purchased a policy for £144 and received £90 cashback.
the cashback took 10 weeks to be paid, but on an interest free 12 monthly policy.
a extremely good deal!

Cashback tracked quickly then took ages to become confirmed (about 60 days) but hurrah! have just seen it confirmed. Nice people on the end of the phone when I had a query and a pragmatic response.
