While the feedback is somewhat mixed in terms of the Lenovo reviews left by TopCashback members who purchased through our site, it’s easy to find plenty of positive comments about both the brand and the cashback process. One member described Lenovo by saying: “Awesome stuff, awesome guys and awesome services.” Others were clearly pleased with the cashback process, with comments including “top class — good cashback rates and services” and “excellent, fast paying”.

While their overall rating is disappointing, you will find some very good Lenovo review feedback on Trustpilot. One customer chose to highlight the service they had received by saying: “I contacted their customer service for an issue I was facing and I have never faced such a positive customer service experience. The issue was found and resolved in the space of five minutes.”

Some of the other comments include “superb service and well-handled order — shipped in a day”, “I received an excellent service. The delivery was fast and the laptop works without any problems” and “for many years I have chosen Lenovo laptops for my personal use and for business, and I am always happy with this brand’s products”. Another satisfied shopper said: “I ordered a £150 tablet and they gave me a 10-day expected delivery date, but it actually came in three days. The cashback rates in effect when I purchased a monitor were 4% or 6% for "Consumer" or "Business" with no explanation in the notes about which products were in each category. The day after my purchase the rates dropped to 3% which is what my purchase tracked at. Claim declined.

Ordered online and cashback tracked okay. However it never arrived and when I contacted Lenovo they cancelled the original order and put through a new one so it ended up costing me my cashback. Also it took 5 weeks from when I placed my 1st order to when I actually received my computer (apparently they are sent from Germany).

Ordered Laptop December 2013. After a few nudges got a reply back in March 2014 saying I had quoted the wrong purchase price. I gave as many variations of purchase price I could, with VAT, without VAT, including the case, not including the case, etc. How am I supposed to know which price they want, they have the order number so should be able to work it out. This was sent to the merchant, I am still waiting October 2014. This all just seems like a way to try a get out of paying the cashback, if they don't want to pay it, don't offer it. Very unhappy.

Despite clicking through and ordering, I didn't receive cashback of £40. The order number I was given by Lenovo was not 'recognised' by Lenovo cashback team, and it appears nothing can be done. Would have been cheaper buying elsewhere - would not recommend.

Only paid out half of cashback due and refused to honour the rest after chasing through a missing cashback claim for over a year. Ordered two phones on the same order, nothing in the T&Cs say it is limited to one item per order. I would personally not deal with them again or ensure to order items separately.

It has been 3 months and I have never received the cashback they promised. I was never updated for anything I would only receive an update whenver I emailed them. It was processed and send to an incorrect account number which was not the one I have provided and they keep on insisting that I check with my bank. How would I even check it when it was not my account number that they send it thru. All I got from them is a sarcastic reply telling me to check with my bank and that they can't do anything about it. When in fact they can check with Western Union retrieve the payment and send it thru the correct account number.

Seems to be a common theme with cash back with Lenovo, 10% cash on a yoga book and only got £ 8.75 instead of £ 29.61 claimed declined without reason. not happy... and the book low tech compared to my dead samsung.
