While the feedback is somewhat mixed in terms of the Lenovo reviews left by TopCashback members who purchased through our site, it’s easy to find plenty of positive comments about both the brand and the cashback process. One member described Lenovo by saying: “Awesome stuff, awesome guys and awesome services.” Others were clearly pleased with the cashback process, with comments including “top class — good cashback rates and services” and “excellent, fast paying”.

While their overall rating is disappointing, you will find some very good Lenovo review feedback on Trustpilot. One customer chose to highlight the service they had received by saying: “I contacted their customer service for an issue I was facing and I have never faced such a positive customer service experience. The issue was found and resolved in the space of five minutes.”

Some of the other comments include “superb service and well-handled order — shipped in a day”, “I received an excellent service. The delivery was fast and the laptop works without any problems” and “for many years I have chosen Lenovo laptops for my personal use and for business, and I am always happy with this brand’s products”. Another satisfied shopper said: “I ordered a £150 tablet and they gave me a 10-day expected delivery date, but it actually came in three days. 	Repeatedly fails I have had multiple claims refused/failed. Lenovo come up with some nonsense excuse. Do not order with Lenovo if your decision to do so is because of the cashback - as you will never see a penny!

	Great all round I was half expecting cashback to be declined as I was given a discount code. But it progressed to payable in about 1 month (so much quicker than most). Also, when the price dropped a few days after I bought the laptop, Lenovo made no fuss refunding me the difference.

	Didn't payout cash back Did 2 separate orders at Christmas went thought top cash back and the 1st order didn't track. Submitted a missed cashback claim and they have refused it. Terrible service

	Do not acknowledge, reject, or do not issue appropriate cash back Do not acknowledge, reject, or do not issue appropriate cash back. When they do, it is of a lower amount. None of this is guaranteed apparently, so the vendor dictates with no course of action/ rights as a consumer.

	Lenovo did not recognise TopCashback - didn't receive any cashback!! Made a significant purchase with Lenovo using TopCashback. Only reason for making the purchase through Lenovo was to receive the cashback offered. Purchase not recognised by Lenovo. Raised missing cashabck claim through TopCashback, Lenovo rejected claim. Far too many time now companies are rejecting high value (~£1000) purchases made through TopCashback! Would not recommened purchasing through Lenovo TopCashback link if you are making the purchase based entirely on the expectation of receiving cashback.

	Initially tracked and then declined - very disappointing I placed an order via TopCashback using a code that specifically referenced it could be used with Black Friday offers. Although the cashback initially tracked ok, it was subsequently declined by Lenovo for no apparent reason. This was despite following all the usual good practices of clearing my cache etc. before placing the order. In hindsight, I should have checked this more carefully before opening the goods and gone for a refund if the cashback had been declined. I have submitted a claim but it looks like this could take up to 4 months to be resolved.

	4 months and waiting I've raised a claim for missing cashback back on 24th May 2024 and still haven't had any responses. Very poor!

	Did not track and got a rubbish excuse Firstly did not track - depiste having clicked and followed option for other purchase 6% cashback to Lenovo site for a tablet and keyboard accesory purchase. They had a black friday sale so was automatically offered the "BFDEALS4" discount code in basket which is per their permitted other discount code use. Did not track automatically despite same email being used for order as TopCashback account. Had to raise CustService request (for purchase in Nov 2023), was iced for 90+ days but still at end of Mar 2024 no response and fail at end. Next time I wouldn't bother with Lenovo cashback deal, just go find a discount code else where for 5%-10% off as go for discount at time of purchase.

	No cashback given Despite clicking through and ordering, I didn't receive cashback of £40. The order number I was given by Lenovo was not 'recognised' by Lenovo cashback team, and it appears nothing can be done. Would have been cheaper buying elsewhere - would not recommend.
